Promotions are given to those who show dedication and potential! This guide will go through the do’s and don’ts when it comes to promotions. If you’re interested in becoming an MR+ at Kobei, make sure to read carefully.
This guide only gives suggestions on what you can do to increase your chances of being promoted and does not guarantee anything. Make sure that all of our other guidelines are also followed.
NOTE: We also host monthly MR+ applications if our ranks are not all occupied.
Do’s and Don’ts
Positives
To increase your chances of being promoted to Restaurant assistant, other than passing our monthly applications, you need to be hard working and show dedication to Kobei. Our HRs look for dedicated, respectful and mature people to join our staff team. Activity is one of our biggest factors when promoting LRs, we don’t expect you to work at Kobei for 20 hours a day for a month, but working at the restaurant consistently over longer periods of time is much more recognisable. We’re not looking to hire MRs who will work for a week and then go inactive. Other key factors that we look for in Shift Leaders is their willingness to work hard and help others.
Negatives
When we’re looking for new MRs, we don’t want to hire those who are disrespectful, inactive, and overall rude. We’re looking for those who know how to handle situations properly and those who are hardworking employees. If you plan to troll, or be disrespectful there is a very low chance of you being promoted.
Promotion Process
Awaiting Training: Must attend a training session to rank up to Server.
Server: Must earn 100 points to rank up to Senior Server.
Senior Server: Must attend a training session to rank up to Chef.
Chef: Must earn 300 points to rank up to Senior Chef.
Senior Chef: Must earn 500 points o rank up to Shift Leader.
