Introduction
As a staff member, you are an official Kobei employee, which means you must observe our staff regulations. Furthermore, these are the fundamental staffing requirements must be followed by staff members on the Kobei games.

Expectations
1 - Grammar is not required at any of Kobei’s experiences by Awaiting Training - Shift Leader, as long as your sentences are legible and understandable. It’s still important that you remain mature and respectful, this is a requirement and we expect all of our LRs to follow along.
2 - In the chance that a troller approaches you as a Chef or Server, you must know how to properly and maturely handle the situation. During our training sessions, you should have been taught how to call for an admin and warn disruptive customers.
- Trollers get 1 warning. (eg. Please stop trolling. / This is your first and final warning.)
- Exploiters get no warnings, you must call for an admin ASAP.
3 - It’s vital that you have some form of greeting prepared as a Server, this is for the sake of organisation and fast service. We don’t want our visitors to have to wait 20 minutes for their order.
4 - As well as folllowing these expectations we ask that you abide by all of our Community Guidelines. We want all audiences to have a fun time at our establishments, if you are unable to follow our rules you will be demoted and/or banned.
LR Rank Information
Awaiting Training
Members of our community can gain the Awaiting Training rank by heading to our application center and passing the quiz. They should then attend a training session to rank up to Server.
Server
Our Server rank is the first LR rank that is able to serve customers at the restaurant. To get this rank, you must attend a training session as an Awaiting Training.
Senior Server
Our Senior Server rank is the rank current Servers get once they gain 100 points at the restaurant. You may now attend a Chef training to rank up.
Chef
Our Chef rank is the 3rd official rank that can work at the restaurant. Chefs are required to cook the orders that servers submit. In order to achieve this rank, you must attend a Chef training at a scheduled session.
Senior Chef
Our Senior Cook rank is the rank LRs gain after becoming a Chef. To become Senior Chef, you must gain a total of 300 points at the restaurant.
Shift Leader
Our Shift Leader rank is the last LR rank before becoming an MR at Kobei. In order to be promoted to Shift Leader, users must gain a total of 500 points at the restaurant. Once a Shift Leader, members have a chance of being promoted to Restaurant Assistant if they pass monthly applications or are noticed by a member of the Staffing Department.
