Here you’ll be able to find details about community guidelines, ranking up, forming an alliance with us, training times, MR applications and more!
Community Guidelines 
Upon joining any Kool Kafe game, you agree to abide by the following rules at all times. Violating any of these rules can result in consequences depending on the severity. These include being kicked, banned, or permanently banned.

Rank Information
This guide contains information regarding the tasks, duties & abilities of each rank at Kool Kafe. It mentions which ranks are LR, MR, HR and Corporate, along with how to become an MR here. Ranks that have administrative abilities at the cafe are any rank at or higher than MR.
Low Ranks (LR): Kool Customer - Cafe Leader
Middle Ranks (MR): Cafe Assistant - Junior Manager
High Ranks (HR): Senior Manager - Board of Administration
Corporate: Corporate Intern - Presidential Helper
Presidential: Vice President - President

Trainee is the trial staff rank at Kool Kafe. This rank may work behind the registers, but is still learning how to work efficiently and should attend a training session to achieve their next rank.

Cashier is the first official staff rank at Kool Kafe. This rank has attended training and is familiar with the procedures of Kool Kafe. As a Cashier, you have the ability to take orders and mop spills. You also have the option to rank up to Chef.

Chef is the rank that is tasked with making orders submitted by the Cashiers. As a Chef, you must ensure that all orders submitted are made and delivered to the correct customer in a timely manner.

Experienced Staff is the first rank that has the ability to both take and make orders. This rank has a significant amount of experience and knowledge about Kool Kafe.

Senior Staff is the second rank that can both take and make orders. This rank has the same abilities as the Experienced Staff rank but is one step closer to achieving the rank of Cafe Leader.

Professional is the third rank that can both take and make orders. This rank has the same abilities as both Experienced Staff & Senior Staff but is very experienced with working at the cafe and is another step closer to achieving the rank of Cafe Leader.

Cafe Leader is the last LR rank. As a Cafe Leader, you are able to assist at trainings when called in the Kool Kafe communications server. This rank may also supervise the cafe, spectate training sessions and has the opportunity to apply for Cafe Assistant; the first MR rank.
How to rank up as an LR 
The information below covers how to rank up as an LR at Kool Kafe.

Guest → Kool Customer: To achieve the rank of Kool Customer as a Guest, join the Kool Kafe group by clicking here.

Kool Customer → Trainee: To become a Trainee at Kool Kafe, take the short quiz at the Application Center.

Trainee → Cashier: To achieve the rank of Cashier as a Trainee, attend a scheduled training session at the Training Center and pass.

Cashier → Chef: To achieve the rank of Chef as a Cashier, attend a scheduled training session at the Training Center and pass.

Chef → Experienced Staff: To achieve the rank of Experienced Staff as a Chef, attend a scheduled training session at the Training Center and pass.

Experienced Staff → Senior Staff: To achieve the rank of Senior Staff as an Experienced Staff, attend a scheduled training session at the Training Center and pass.

Senior Staff → Professional: To achieve the rank of Professional as a Senior Staff, attend a scheduled training session at the Training Center and pass.

Professional → Cafe Leader: To become a Cafe Leader as a Professional, you must have at least 300 points at the cafe. Once you have enough points, press the ‘
RANK’ button at the cafe which will automatically rank you to Cafe Leader. Another way of achieving this rank is to be recommended by a Junior Manager+ or receive a promotion at a promotional shift for your hard work at Kool Kafe. This includes having a good work-ethic, high activity, grammatical skills, professionalism, etc.
Cafe Assistant Applications 
Cafe Assistant Applications come out when management members are needed; usually once a month. They are open for 3-7 days depending on how many applications are received. Once the applications close, the Human Resources Department will review them and release results within 1-2 days. When they open, the application can be found by clicking here.

Alliance Information
This guide contains information regarding how to form an alliance with Kool Kafe. The Communications Department handles all topics related to alliances; this includes alliance applications, requests, reports and queries. If you have any questions, comments or queries regarding this information, be sure to contact a member of the Communications Department.
Requirements
The information below contains the requirements that your group must meet to form an affiliation with Kool Kafe.
→ Must have a minimum of 1000 group members within the group you are applying for.
→ Your main game must maintain daily activity with at least 5 visits/players daily.
→ Must have a positive reputation in the Roblox community and stay drama free.
→ Must have an active Discord server with a minimum of 150 members.
→ Must regularly host community events and be prepared to host events with Kool Kafe.
→ Must be willing to announce all Kool Kafe related events and announcements.
→ Must have 2 members represent the group you are applying for in our Discord and group.
Alliance Application
The information below contains the Alliance Application questions. In order to form a successful partnership with Kool Kafe, you must submit the questions below in a Google Document to a member of the Communications Department via Discord. Before doing so, ensure your establishment meets all of the requirements listed above. If you require an exception to the requirements, please contact a member of the Communications Department.

Training Information 
Currently, training sessions are hosted daily at random times at the Training Center. When a training is commencing, it’ll be announced on the group shout. If you wish to request a training session to be hosted, please create a ticket or ping a Supervisor+ in our communications server.
Ban Appeals 
If you’ve been permanently banned from our Discord or game and wish for your ban to be removed, be sure to fill out our Ban Appeal form. Ban appeals are managed and reviewed by the Corporate Team at Kool Kafe. Upon appealing, you’ll receive a DM via Discord containing the results of your appeal within 7 days. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding appealing your ban, be sure to contact a member of the Corporate Team.

How do I join the Kool Kafe group?
You can find the Kool Kafe group by searching up “Kool Kafe” in Groups on ROBLOX or by clicking this link. Once you’re there, press the ‘Join’ button to join the group.
When are trainings hosted?
Trainings are hosted at random times throughout the day. To request one to be hosted, ping or direct message a Supervisor+ in our communications server or make a ticket in the #
create-a-ticket channel.
How do I work here?
To work here, make sure you’re in the Kool Kafe group. Once you’ve joined, go to the Application Center and take the short quiz. If you pass, you’ll be instantly ranked to Trainee and will be able to attend a training to achieve the rank of Cashier.
How do I become an MR?
If you wish to become a Cafe Assistant here at Kool Kafe, you’ll need to take the application on our communications server when they open. Applications open regularly; usually once a month. Applications aren’t the only way of becoming an MR, you may also be recommended by a Junior Manager+ for your great work-ethic at the cafe.
How do I find the Training Center/Application Center?
You can find these games in the Group Games section on the Kool Kafe group.
How do I use the register?
Using the register is simple! Click on it to open the register GUI. Type in the username of the customer, press ‘Continue’ and select their order. Once completed, press ‘Submit’ to send their order to the Chefs!
Is grammar required at Kool Kafe?
No, grammar is not mandatory at any Kool Kafe premises. Keep in mind that this rule is excluded when assisting at trainings as a Cafe Leader; grammar is required when doing so.
Can I have safechat as a worker?
Yes! Having safechat will not affect you in any way at Kool Kafe nor will affect your ability to apply for Cafe Assistant.
How do I join the Discord Server?

Is using capitals excessively (caps abuse) a rule at Kool Kafe?
No, using capitals is allowed!
