The Korblox Deathwalker bundle is completely unusable in first person because the particles for the torso and eye flames obscure nearly half your view.
This has been an issue for years with other hats that have particles/effects (such as the Fiery Horns of the Netherworld) but to a less severe degree.
It’s disappointing that this is still an issue after so many years, especially for an official event bundle that costs 29,000 Robux. (Not to mention the slew of other flaws the Deathwalker bundle has)
Expected behavior
Particles and effects on the client’s character accessories and body parts need to be invisible when the camera is in first person. This is long overdue, and more than ever now with such a popular bundle that worsens this issue to a whole new level.
Thanks for your report. We plan on fixing this issue by introducing a LocalTransparencyModifier to ParticleEffects and other similar instances. We will then set this property on all the effects in the character when zooming into first person. I have submitted the change for adding this LocalTransparencyModifier property and will make the change to the camera scripts after that change has been rolled out.
