Looks like someone was in a rush!

Here they are turned into MeshParts, strangely their bounding boxes don’t cover the entire mesh.

This particular package seems to have more oddities to it, especially when using R15 proportions. I can’t imagine it was intended that the helmet is gigantic with a tiny head inside. The entire thing looks like a bobblehead to me.
