Code Of Conduct

Code Of Conduct

Code Of Conduct is confidential to all members of Krexie Cafe. The Code Of Conduct is colonized into two sections. There are Customers Code and Staff Code. We created this code is because to make our establishment fine. Cafe systems such as warnings, reminders, etc. Please ensure you follow this code:

Customers Code

  • All customers must treat everyone with respect, to keep a consistent positive shape flowing through our community.

  • Trolling our community or engaging with exploitation on-premises is not allowed, and strict consequences will appear from this. Let’s follow the Roblox Terms of Service, shall we?

  • Adding onto rule two, the Roblox Terms of Service must be followed at all times.

  • Establishing or discussing drama while at Krexie Cafe is strictly prohibited. If failed, we won’t hesitate to take action against you from visiting our facilities.

  • Trickling is not alright and will result in major consequences.

Staff Code

  • After serving a customer three commodities, you must wait two minutes before fulfilling them again. This is to stop point extortion. Points are used to form secret procedures, and may also have other purposes in the future.

  • Grammar is required at all times, as well as professionalism.

  • If you fail a training session, do not get upset. Instead, strive for improvement!

Contact Information

Contact Information encompasses all information about our staff which you can contact while having issues considering our server. Examples; Development Issues, Employee Misbehaving, In-game issues, communications issues, etc.

Development Issues:

This issue should be contacted by President+. As they would figure it out. A format should be like this;

Employee Misbehaving:

To guarantee that our employees are competent, we have formed a hierarchy to publicize our employee’s behavior. You will need to send this format to one of our Employee Assistant+ if the reported user was an LR. If they were an MR+, please make sure you contact Chief Distributions Officer+. The format should be used like this;

In-game Issues

As for in-game issues, you will have to report trollers/exploiters. To whom you going to send this report are MR+, as they will forward those reports to higher ranks. The format should be like this;

As for communications issues, you are to inform the Moderation Team, as they have full authority on moderating the server. The format should be like this;

Appeals Information

Appeals Information

To appeal your behaviors, please ensure you contact one of the Employee assistants, as they will be converting it to one of the HR. Please be patient whilst waiting for the result. Failure to do so will result in a decline in the appeals. The result will be handed in after 24 hours. If your appeal got declined, please do not cuss the MR+, as you can retry whenever you wanted. Please keep in mind, that more motives and good grammar will help your request be approved.

NOTE: If you got banned for leaking our documents, etc, your appeals will be immediately declined.

This information is confronted by all Senior baristas (s). To have yourself promoted to Extraordinary Barista, you are in need to read the information below. This will be vital information for you to get promoted to EB.

SB - EB Promotions Guideline

To get promoted to EB, you prevail to be in Senior Barista’s role for over a month. And, you should never have any reports, bans, or any problems you’ve done at our alliance. Please be sure, that MR+ can recommend you to HR+, as what they’ve seen of your professionalism and fit the EB group. Please keep in mind, that EB is not a part of the MR, it’s just like the front door before entering the EA+. Please be sure, that using grammar correctly, reporting any mischievous things, or misbehaving employees will get you noticed by MR+. JB - EB is conducted to obtain uniforms whenever you are in the game. But, if you are away from the kitchen, uniforms are no need to work. Also, please wear body shapes that when you wear a uniform, it will be shown. Also, for SB, you are in need to be in the game and working 3 times a week.

EB - EA Promotions Guideline

To obtain an EA position, EB must need go through an exam that will be given by HR+. To be promoted to EA, you will need to follow the same progress as SB. But, you will need to be in-game and working 4 times a month.
