Kristal Grill is a Roleplay community based on northern regions.
Founded on October 29 2024, Kristal Grill is a Roleplay Barbecue Restaurant, that is derived from the Teppanyaki serving style, based game which strives to become an original and creative Roleplay group.

In this document, you will find all the public information you need about Kristal Grill.

Training Times

Please keep in mind that you will need to join 15 minutes before a session starts, you will not be able to join after the session has started, exactly on time, or 2 minutes early. Training times are relative to Eastern Standard Time.

Staff Information

How to get started working?

  • Join the Application Center and complete the application.
  • Join the Training Center 15 minutes before the given times, and complete the training.
  • You will now be able to work at Kristal Grill!

I have completed training, why can’t I work?

  • In-game, you will need to navigate to the Staff Panel and click the ‘Start Shift’ button. This will start your shift and ensure you do not go AFK mid-shift.

What are points and how do I get them?

  • Points are the equivalent of EXP, you will need to gain points to level up.
  • You can gain points by buying them in the shop or by serving customers.

What do Trainees do?

  • Trainees need to attend a Training Session to get promoted into Staff.

How do I deal with disruptive customers?

  • You will need to give them a verbal reminder before calling management.

How do I deal with exploiters?

  • You need to call a management member immediately, if non are in the game, you will need to get proof of them exploiting (screenshot/video), and prepare it to create a ‘General Support’ ticket in our discord server.

Alliance Information

:pushpin: Requirements

  • Must have above 10 non-botted group members.
  • Must have above 10 non-botted Discord Server members.
  • Must be a part of a Professional Genre.
  • Must have a good reputable background, if any, with us, and our current allies.
  • Must have a positive reputation.
  • Must not have any history of selling Management Ranks.

:warning: Expectations

  • Must willingly announce our announcements/events in your server when requested.
  • Must have 2 - 3 members representing your group, verified in our server.

:memo: Application

  • Create an ‘Alliance’ ticket in our Discord server, One of our Public Relations members will reply to it within 48 hours.
  • Provide the name of your group as well as links to your Discord Server and Roblox Group.
  • Briefly describe your group, why you want to ally with us and how it can benefit our group.
  • Mention the usernames of all of the representatives that will be representing your group.

Once you have submitted an application, it will take under 7 days for our Public Relations team to validate your group and to accept the alliance request.

Staff Leader Promotion Guide

To become a member of our management team, you need to have the ‘Staff Leader’ rank in our group. In order to become eligible for Management, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • You should have Proficient Grammar.
  • Your account should not have safechat.
  • You should be ‘Verified’ in our discord server.
  • You should have good work performance.
  • You should show good activity.
  • No hinting

Grammar

Although grammar is not mandatory, it is highly recommended that you practice proficient grammar if you want any chance of being promoted into our management team.

SafeChat

Safechat prevents us from communicating with you on a higher level, if it is enabled for your account, we sadly cannot consider you for promotion.

Discord

We use discord as our main platform for communication between management members, unfortunately, if you are not in our discord server and verified, you cannot be considered for promotion.

Work Performance

Doing your tasks diligently and efficiently, as well as good customer service highly increases your chances of promotion. Individuals that can communicate well with our customers and are hard workers is what Kristal is looking for.

Activity

Having good and consistent activity highly increases your chances of promotion. Being top 5 or 1st place on the activity Leaderboard greatly increases your chances of promotion as it shows a dedication and commitment to Kristal. That being said, we try make it as fair as possible, therefore, consistency with the hours spend on shift also play a part in your chances of promotion. For example; spending 1 - 2 hours everyday is better than spending 5+ hours every other day.

Hinting

If you are caught hinting in any way, this will only decrease your chances significantly. We encourage you not to hint or ask for a promotion.

If you have any questions regarding Staff Leader promotions, they should be directed to any member of the Staff Recruitment Department. Valid questions will not be considered hinting.

Appeal Information

Server Ban

  • A server ban is when a management member bans you from the server. You will not be able to rejoin the server unless the server restarts, you will be able to join different servers.
  • You will need to create a ‘General Support’ ticket in our Discord server and supply hard proof such as a screenshot/video to get a successful appeal for this ban.

Permanent Ban

  • A permanent ban is when a management member bans you from the game permanently. You will never be able to rejoin the game unless this ban is lifted.
  • You will need to create a ‘Appeal’ Ticket in our Discord server and supply hard proof such as a screenshot/video to get a successful appeal for this ban.

Discord Server Ban

If you are banned from our discord server, You will need to contact an Executive Board+ either through Roblox messages, the group wall or any other method.

Demotion

  • This is when a management member demotes you to a lower rank.
  • You will need to contact a management member or create a ‘General Support’ ticket in our Discord server.

Management Blacklist

  • This is when you are blacklisted from our management team, prohibiting you from ever being promoted to management ranks.
  • You will need to create an ‘Appeal’ ticket in our discord server.

Alliance Blacklist

  • This is when a group is blacklisted and unable to ally with our group.
  • You will need to contact the Lead/Co-lead of the Public Relations Department personally.
