Cafe Guidelines

At Kuáv we want everyone in the Cafe to have a fun and enjoyable experience, both staff and customers. Therefore we have some general Cafe guidelines put in place for our Customers to follow, to ensure they are keeping a happy and healthy environment for themselves and those surrounding them in Kuáv. :coffee:

• No Chat Bypassing Filter
• No Raiding
• Appropriate Conduct
• No Minor or Mass Spamming
• No NSFW

:cherry_blossom: We hope everyone respects and follows Kuávs, Cafe guidelines and please understand that common sense is also needed. Every Cafe Guideline might not be stated, however, if you are doing something you know is wrong or someone is doing something you know is wrong but it’s not stated you should still contact a member of the Kuávs Management Team, just in case.

Staff Guidelines

As a Staff Member at Kuáv, we ask you to follow certain guidelines to ensure you are creating a positive staff environment and giving our customers the best possible experience and service when serving and creating their orders! :coconut:

Below you can find some Staff Guidelines at Kuáv!
• No Point Cheating
• No Hinting
• Use Common Sense
• Remain Respectful To Others
• Remain Professional
• Try to Ensure Sentences are Understandable

:mega: Using Grammar is not required, however, is recommended.

Please keep in mind not all Staff Guidelines will be stated here, however as said using common sense is required so if you know that something another Staff Member is doing wrong but it’s not stated here, please ensure to report it to a Management Member so it can be resolved! Any questions or concerns regarding the Staff Guidelines can be forwarded to a Corporate Team Member within the Human Resources Department at Kuáv! :necktie:

:coconut: You can get in touch with an in-game Management Member via the !Help command in-game or via our communications server, if there is no in-game management or the current in-game management is unavailable.

Customer - Community

This rank can be obtained by joining our Roblox Group.

Noted Customer - Community

This rank can be obtained by notable actions in the group.

Allied Representative - Community

This rank can be obtained by being a community affiliate representative.

Awaiting Training - Staff Member

This rank can be obtained by completing our quiz center.

Junior Barista - Staff Member

This rank can be obtained by passing a training session.

Intermediate Barista - Staff Member

This rank can be obtained by passing a training session or 250 in-game points.

Advanced Barista - Staff Member

This rank can be obtained by passing a training session or 350 in-game points.

Senior Barista - Staff Member

This rank can be obtained by 450 in-game points.

Junior Assistant - Management Member

This rank can be obtained by either application or recognition by a Human Resources member.

Cafe Assistant - Management Member

Supervisor - Management Member

Assistant Manager - Management Member

Becoming Staff

Getting a job at Kuáv is something we have tried to make as straightforward as possible for those wanting to be a Trainee and be ranked Awaiting Training. :cherry_blossom:

:coffee: To get a job at Kuáv you must first ensure you are in our ROBLOX group and are ranked anything from Customer TO Allied Representative. Once you have joined our ROBLOX group and have the rank Customer you must join our application center or speak to the NPC in-game and click the “Apply” prompt.

If you decide to not speak to our in-game NPC and want to apply now, you can join our Application Center HERE. From there you can take the quiz which takes around 1-2 minutes, and if you pass you will be given the “Awaiting Training” role. :coconut:

:cherry_blossom: Once you have gotten the “Awaiting Training” role you still can’t work in the Cafe however you can attend a training session and if you pass you will be ranked Junior Barista and can officially work at Kuáv.

For more information on sessions, head over to the “Training Schedule” section and read more information there. Any further questions regarding this matter should be directed to a Corporate Team Member of the Human Resources Department.

Promotion Information

:coffee: Here at Kuáv we offer management applications, Senior Barista Trials, and our Human Resources Department looks out for our hard-working Senior Baristas in the Cafe to promote them from Senior Barista to Junior Assistant.

Below you can read some tips from our Human Resources Department to get from Senior Barista to Junior Assistant. :coconut:

To start off you must be ranked Senior Barista within the Kuáv Roblox group. To achieve this you must obtain 450 in-game points to become a Senior Barista, all other Low Ranks can be obtained via training.

• Being active in the Cafe

At Kuáv we are always willing to accept new partners and gain new connections through groups, partnerships are a large part of Kuáv because we feel that building new partnerships allows for strong connections and positive engagement between our allied groups! :cherry_blossom:

To find out more information, such as our requirements and how to become an affiliate please open a ticket in the Communications Server and speak with a member of the Kuáv Communications Department.

Please note all times are in EST and can be converted to your local time here.

You can join our Training Center HERE if you are ranked from Awaiting Training to Advanced Barista. You can NOT attend Training once you reach the rank of Advanced Barista, you must get 450 in-game points to reach the rank of Senior Barista. The reason for this is so we know that those raked Senior Barista are dedicated and ready to join our Management Team if it’s something they are interested in. :cherry_blossom:
