Everything that is written in this handbook is of great help to those who may have questions considering our project. Our public handbook will come in as a helping hand for every reader, whether you may be a customer, worker or a staff member. All important information considering our corporation will be enlightened in this document.
If however, you may still have questions that our handbook has not answered, feel free to direct them to a member of our management team (Corporate Assistant+).
REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES
All the guidelines used by ROBLOX will be implemented for the safety of Kyoto 's community members. All members must follow the rules and regulations which belong to ROBLOX and Discord’s Terms of Service at all times while interacting within our premises. If one of our members fails to follow these set guidelines, consequences will be handed out. These regulations also count for our communications server.
Regular Regulations

Respect
We expect every person joining our community to stay respectful to any other individual. Disrespect and hateful speech of any kind is highly prohibited. This rule also applies to offensive speech about anybody’s race, religion, sexuality and more. If one of our members fails to follow this set guideline, they will be permanently removed from the server. -
Profanity
At Kyoto , we allow swearing to an appropriate level, but you are not permitted to use any profane or vulgar language in our communications server. If we notice anybody using slurs, hateful speech or harassment, they will be removed from our server immediately. -
Staying appropriate
Here at Kyoto , we only allow our members to share PG-13 content in our communications server at all times. Inappropriate content or NSFW content is strictly prohibited and when sent/discussed, said member will be permanently banned from our server immediately. -
Advertisement
Promoting any server/project in our communications server is prohibited. Advertisements through Direct Messages or on our group wall is also not allowed and is strictly enforced by our team.

Professionalism
Staying professional and showing respect at all times is an absolute must for any of our Low Rank members. Belonging to professionalism is following the rules, delivering proper service to customers and treating everyone with manners even if an individual is failing to give you respect. -
Grammar
Absolute perfect grammar is not necessary within our premises at Kyoto. Although not necessary, customers have to be able to understand you at all times. If we notice customers have trouble understanding and conversing with you, we have to take consequences. -
Hinting
Actively showing or speaking of your desire to be promoted to a Middle Rank position is prohibited. If doing so, your chances of receiving a promotion will lower drastically.
ALLIANCE INFORMATION
We are thrilled you are interested in forming an alliance with Kyoto ! We have a few set regulations and requirements written down below which your corporation must fulfil and comply with. In advance of applying to become one of our alliances, we ask you to make sure your corporation covers every point noted in this document. The application form will be provided at the bottom.

PROMOTION GUIDE
If you are interested in becoming part of Kyoto management, we recommend that you read everything in this section thoroughly. This section will cover requirements, and tips that our staff members should keep in mind if they wish to become a part of the team.
Requirements
- Must be a [ROLE]
- Must not have safechat
- Account age must be above 90 days old
- Must be a verified user in our communications server
- Cannot have a bad reputation within the ROBLOX industry
Tips
- Shift for at least 20-30 minutes each day.
- Do not hint - it will deeply decrease your chances of being recommended.
- Try to stay positive, and positively influence your co-workers.
- Do not supervise; show your work ethic through serving customers.
TRAINING INFORMATION
As noted before, you are obligated to attend a training session at our training center before you will be able to work. You will be able to find the times of the training sessions noted here, or in our #sessions channel which can be found in our communications server. Please note that our training center locks at this time. To assure you will obtain a spot during our training, we advise you to join ten minutes in advance.
