Here could be some issues that could be happening

• It’s not lined up straight
• It’s too long
• It’s not close enough to climb up
• Or the brick’s are too thick!

Do you see the difference?

Your ladder is not close enough for a player to climb and it’s probably too long. Try making it shorter and a little closer because i’ve tested this by making my own and it worked! Also, did you happen to use a bloxy player to test this? Because maybe it may not be able to climb that type of ladder.

Just turn the cancollide for the handmade ladder to off and turn the truss cancollide to true and make the truss invisible

R6 was the only character type when climbing was added, so if anything R15 would be worse for climbing since it was added after climbing already existed.

Did you anchor the truss, it seems you may have not causing the bug.

Make a truss inside and make it invisible
