I am currently working on a Roleplay which includes many features. Currently, I am doing a Rework there, but the game is so laggy. Can someone review the game and explain to me what causes this lag?

“Inserting Workspace” “Inserting StarterGui” “Loading Character”, that took way too long
Alr, onto the lag… I’m in a server by myself, max graphics, not experiencing any lag 
After spending 10 minutes in the server, client memory is steady between 1906MB & 1908MB
