Lag spikes caused by empty frame

Heyo everyone,

My game is experiencing lag spikes and I have no clue why, I got the microprofiler up and running and got a pause on the frame that’s causing the spike, and it’s a whopping 1.3s long… but it’s just empty?

To be specific, the culprit frame here is in green, does anyone know the heck to debug this sort of thing, I mean, what does an empty frame like this even mean… I know very little about the microprofiler for context.
