Lag Spikes Occurring when Equipping Any Tool

Hello, So I am wondering, How do you prevent Lag Spikes from occurring when Equipping / Unequipping a tool, Right now I don’t have this issue but when it occurs, it drains my FPS below 30 with any tool regardless of scripts or not. Can anybody help? Is this a Scripting Issue? Is this a Building Issue?

Could you please elaborate? What is the tool?

I have this issue with Any Tool I Equip / Unequip

There is a possibility that there are other scripts that run code when a tool is equipped, and that code is poorly optimized (too many loops, etc.)

Oh ok, sorry! I didn’t catch that part of your post.

I haven’t ever encountered this issue, have you tried updating studio and/or trying it in a different place?

I had never had this issue before either, it started happening after my studio kept crashing (Situation Resolved) for about 2 Weeks whenever I did anything that involves saving, After it was resolved, the lag spikes began appearing.

Its probably a hardware issue then, I would try either re-installing studio or checking to see if your hardware is up to date

It isn’t my hardware, It works perfectly fine running Graphics at Full on Most Games, Its only happening on studio, i did reinstall, but i have the same issues.

Studio Version:
My Studio Version is:
Version 0.547.0.5470549 (64bit)

Once Again, Its happening with and without scripts.

After Reinstalling Roblox Studio yet again, i appear to have no more issues which is odd because I had reinstalled Studio a couple of days earlier, and just now with no issues at all.

I Had check my Drivers and they are all up to date, i even checked my Windows Updates and yes, still up to date.

@CaptianSmollett Thank you for your Reply, you have earned your First Solution!

Yeah, sometimes just reinstalling things (or even a simple computer restart) can magically fix things, I’m glad that you managed to fix your issue!
