This guide will tackle the rank descriptions here at Lakeside Medical Institute. Note that almost every single rank is earned, and there is no “shortcut” for growing in ranks. We hope this document helps you gain more insight as to what each rank of LMI does, and how they affect the group overall.
Non-Staff Ranks
- [1] Patient: Our patients!
- [X] Suspended: User(s) who have broken our staff rules and have been suspended.
- [H] Honored Patient: User(s) who are thought of as honoured, this can range from popular game creators or previous management members.
Low-Ranks/General Staff Members

[2] Awaiting Training: This rank is earned when you pass an application. This rank is not considered staff, and you must attend training to rank up.

[3] Receptionist: This rank is earned when you pass two trainings as a Awaiting Training, they manage the reception and assign appointments to Patients.

[4] Registered Nurse: This rank is earned when you pass two trainings as a Receptionist, they are nurses and they work alongside other staff members to assist Patients, they may do basic setups.

[5] Nurses in Charge: This rank is earned when you pass two trainings as a Registered Nurse, they are in charge of the Nurses, they may assist them while helping patients.

[6] Doctor’s Assistant: This rank is earned when you pass two trainings as a Nurses in Charge, they assist Doctors in doing more complex things than nurses.

[7] Medical Doctor: This rank is earned when you pass two trainings as a Doctor’s Assistant, they assist patients in more complex matters than nurses do.

[8] Surgeon: This rank is earned when you pass two trainings as a Medical Doctor, they perform surgeries on patients, while no other rank below them can.

[9] Head of Doctors: This rank is earned when you pass two trainings as a Surgeon, they can perform surgeries if they wish but their main job is being in charge of doctors.
Management/Middle Rank Staff Members

[T] Supervisor in Training: This is the first Middle rank and Management rank, they have passed an application and they are now on trial to become a supervisor.

[10] Supervisor: This is second first Middle Rank and Management rank. They are now eligible to train others and supervise at the hotel.

[11] Staff Management Team: This rank manages the Management Team and below, they can issue blacklists on users and they mainly just promote people when they pass applications

[12] Chief Physician This rank is the last management rank, they can oversee everyone below them and their main job is generally to host trainings & interviews.
Executive Staff Members

[13] Executive Intern: This is the first Corporate Member/High Rank at Lakeside. They are now assigned to a department and handle all matters regarding it. They can also attend training and supervise at the hospital.

[14] Executive Assistant: This is the second Corporate Member/High Rank at Lakeside. They are a co-director of a department. They can also attend training and supervise at the hospital.

[15] Executive Director: This is the last Corporate Member/High Rank at Lakeside. They are the director of a department. They can also attend training and supervise at the hospital.
Corporate Members

[16] Corporate Assistant: This is a High Rank, they are a member of the Corporate Department, they can host trainings & interviews if they wish to do so.

[17] Corporate Director: This is a High Rank, and head of the Corporate department. They handle all corporate matters. They run the Corporate department and make sure everything is running smoothly.
Administration Team/Leadership Team

[-] Co-Owner: This rank is the co-owner of Lakeside Medical Institute, it is unobtainable and it is strictly restricted to the co-owner of Lakeside, cloudstans.
