The icons in both examples are in complete contrast to everything else, I’m seeing icons that are in free asset packs, icons that don’t match the style of other icons and/or the rest of the UI as well as maybe AI icons? (I wont say AI with confidence but it seems like it)
All up its pretty alright but certainly has things dragging it down, mind you, dragging it down to the point I wouldn’t pay for it. Its generic, its inconsistent, and its using all the same free icons and AI stuff. I wouldn’t pay for something I could easily do myself.

The UI looks very good! How long did it take?
I think the absolute horde of watermarks is a bit of an overdose. But it still looks good. 
The number of times I’ve seen that red shopping cart icon in games is impossible to count lol.

i really like the first one, the icons are like all different styles though

The watermarks make no sence since you are using assets that were not made by you, and they also cover a lot of the UI I can’t see clearly. Anyway, the UI looks fine, I mean, looks like UI you would find in a simulator, all colorful and round-y, the first image does look a lot more interesting though.
