Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is an organised set of guidelines we expect each player to follow in-game. A direct violation of the Code of Conduct may result in consequences.

Clothing

At Latte, we are open to allowing players to wear whatever they like in order to express themselves on the Roblox platform. However, we do not permit the use of inappropriate or disruptive clothing, that directly violates the Roblox Community Standards. You will be asked to take it off, with possible consequences if you do not comply.

Disruptive Behavior

We strive to promote a carefree and enjoyable experience to all of our players at Latte. We do not tolerate any form of disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards another player. Doing so will result in action being taken against you.

Advertising

Advertising another group or service is highly discouraged and will result in action being taken against you. Scams and more serious violations of this code will result in harsher consequences.

Exploiting & Misuse

Exploiting of any form will result in an permanent ban from our games. Additionally, misuse of our games such as by glitching, may result in a ban taking place.

Other

Our Code of Conduct has been made to cover many of the guidelines that we have in place in-game. Any violation that falls under one of these categories will result in action taking place. Each player is expected to follow a standard of abiding to the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards.

Rank Information

Voyagers

A regular member of the group. Does not have access to any permissions but to apply for Awaiting Training at the Quiz Center.


Noted Voyagers

Individuals who have been recognized for their achievements as an executive or developer at the group. May be awarded to those selected by the Leadership Team.


Allied Representative

Individuals who have been selected as representatives for each of our allies at Latte.


Awaiting Training

Can attend a training session at the training center, but is not able to work yet. Needs to attend a training session to be promoted to Junior Barista.


Junior Barista

An official staff member at Latte, who is able to serve Guests and Customers. Can be obtained by attending a training session at the training center as an Awaiting Training.


Skilled Barista

An official staff member at Latte, who is able to serve Guests and Customers.


Senior Barista

An official staff member at Latte, who is able to serve Guests and Customers.


Certified Barista

The highest obtainable staff member rank, who is able to serve Guests and Customers. Individuals within this rank can also be recommended for Management Assistant if criteria is met.


Management Assistant

An official management member at Latte, who serves to moderate the Café, and to train Awaiting Training at training sessions. Obtainable by being promoted from Certified Barista if criteria is met, or by successfully passing Management Applications.


Supervision Team

An official management member at Latte, who serves to moderate the Café, and to train Awaiting Training at training sessions. This rank is awarded to those from Management Assistant, who show high dedication and commitment to their roles at the group.


Assistant Manager

An official management member at Latte, who serves to moderate the Café and to train at/host training sessions. This rank is awarded to those from Supervision Team, who have been recognized for their continuing dedication and commitment to their roles at the group.


General Manager

An official management member at Latte, who serves to moderate the Café and to train at/host training sessions. This rank is awarded to those from Assistant Manager, who have been recognised for their undivided dedication and commitment to their roles at the group. These individuals serve as aspirants for the two departments at Latte, and are assigned to a sub-department of their choosing.


Board of Executives

An official executive member at Latte, who serves at one of two departments: Human Resources or Public Relations. This rank is awarded to those from General Manager, due to their recognised ability within their chosen sub-department, and long term dedication to the group.


Executive Officer

An official executive member at Latte, who serves at one of two departments: Human Resources or Public Relations. This rank is awarded to those from Executive Assistant, due to their recognised ability and leadership within their department.


Executive Director

An official executive member at Latte, who serves to lead and oversee one of two departments: Human Resources or Public Relations. This rank is awarded to those from Board of Executives, due to their strong leadership and communication skills.


Vice President

Individuals who have been selected and/or promoted from Executive Director due to their strong commitment and ability within the group. These individuals work with the leadership team to oversee operations within the whole group.


President

Individuals who have been selected and/or promoted from Vice President due to their strong commitment and ability within the group. These individuals work with the leadership team to oversee operations within the whole group.


Co-Owner

Individuals who assist and manage the groups internal and external operations, alongside the leadership team and the Owner. Unobtainable.


Owner

The owner and holder of the group. Works with the Co-Owner’s and the leadership team to manage the groups internal and external operations. Unobtainable.

Alliance Guide

In order to form an affiliation with Latte, your group must be able to meet the following requirements put in place by the Public Relations department. It is expected that those who wish to become an affiliate of Latte to possess a good activity standard, professionalism and a good overall background on the platform - alongside the following requirements. Failure to meet our expectations and/or requirements will result in the denial of your request. Exceptions to these requirements may be granted, but can be subject to being denied if found unreasonable.

Application

If your group is eligible to form an alliance with Latte considering all requirements have been met, you are able to begin the planning process for your application. It is advised that you provide the Public Relations department with a detailed and complete response to each of the questions that we have listed below, in order to guide the department in making a final decision. All of your answers must be presented on a Google Doc, where you will then be able to open a Public Relations ticket on the communications server. We ask that you allow the department up to 24 - 72 hours to reply back with feedback on your affiliation request. Any questions or concerns regarding becoming an affiliate with us can be directed to a member of the Public Relations department.
