Launching a game using ads, what can I expect

I hope to launch my first game soon.

My plan to increase awareness for it, is to create some Tik-Tok videos and pay for a bunch of sponsored ads.

I have watched YouTube videos that say people start to contact you if you sponsor games and mentioned that they are greedy.
Is this something that anyone has experienced?
If so what does it mean by greedy?
Are there some scams to be aware of around this?

On a side note:
I’m hoping that I can launch my game and fix any bugs that arise (if I get any players), then continue to add features. Should I be allocating time for anything else when running a game? (e.g. do I have to activity manage servers in some way)

Be sure that is not your first game (in sense of “oh i will open studio for first time and i will publish the best game of all times”), like i think doing games and things related to that needs feedback and a lot of try like all, so you can use AD if you want, AD give you like a lot of views, they just do that, the active players will depend by you, how good is your game.

If you want you can share your game to friends or invite random people for feedback, you can compare your game with similar games, if your game is not good well, you know, or maybe you want to do a shitty pay2win game idk.

so… be sure, Roblox ADs is very expensive.

About social media the idea is do a lot of hype, maybe doing a video of those cool mechanics of your game, graphics, gameplay, yo know, that will be crazy, you may need to publish those videos on tik tok or youtube shorts, bcs you can get a lot of views, and kids actually use tik tok, youtube shorts, and roblox.

i think that roblox ads can help you when you have a solid game base, like a well done game, boblox ads can help you to get more players, and youtube/tiktok ads can help you getting feedback.

i think there’s not, maybe in the past, well scams are everywhere, i think you can find some roblox game “developers” (stealers) scam groups, like youtube channels groups.

It is my first game but about the 5 iteration. I’m hoping I I’ve been honest enough on myself to get rid of all the rubbish that I had in the earlier iterations
