Launching VR games from the website causes VR mode not to be detected

Reproduction Steps

pre-step 1: make sure your VR headset is connect and VR mode is enabled, a good way to check is to launch a VR game from the app.

Step 1: go to any roblox game on the website, not the app. (preferably a VR game)
Step 2: Play the game.

Expected Behavior

I expect the game to detect the VR headset, and to load the game in VR mode.

Actual Behavior

not only is the headset inputs not detected, but the game loads in flatscreen mode, and VRService.VREnabled is false.

Workaround

Launch VR games from the app. which is tricky because it’s very hard to go back to the menu from VR games without standard character implementation.

@GregTame thanks for the report!
There were some unforeseen interactions with new features that were rolled out.
We are working on a fix and in the meantime you can still start VR from the desktop app.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

As far as I can tell, yes.

Both me and my players haven’t been encountering it.
