Hi, I’ve been trying to create layered clothing, specifically dresses.
Every time I make a dress, I find that outer caging is a massive struggle.
I get “vertices for the inner and outer cage don’t match”, and I try my hardest to get everything to line up.
I do try only sculpting the top of the dress, and down to just the waistline of the dress, and sometimes it registers no errors, but the dress kind of moves weirdly in the AFT when I use the run or walk animations, the dress then begins to glitch out and sort-of separates.
I am wondering if anyone has any tips or suggestions to help resolve this issue.
Roblox only provides a tutorial on how to do upper-body clothing but nothing for pants, skirts, or dresses, which would have been really helpful if they could have provided any examples.
