Layered clothing item thumbnail doesn't display

Reproduction Steps

Step 1: Create a UGC layered clothing item

Step 2: Upload the item through studio

Step 3: Wait for moderation and approval

Step 4: Item thumbnail still broken after approval (does not display anything)

Expected Behavior

The thumbnail should give a preview of the item as it normally would

Actual Behavior

You cannot see preview of the item on the catalog or when you click the item
