Not a huge bug, seeing full ban evading is not possible.

The bar at the top is still present and menu on the side work. FergotCheese said that there is a way to spend Robux while being banned, but I still have to find that out.
Noticed this as well and came to report it.
Heard about that R$ thing but have yet to find a way to do it.
This issue is not new, it existed in the old layout.
