I. [Join Our Group] - Firstly, you have to join this group to grant you permission to our Interview and Training Centres.
II. [Interview Centre] - Secondly, you have to attend a scheduled Interview session. We post session times in #Session-Announcements on our Discord. We normally give around XX (2O) minutes of notice before we host.
III. [Training Centre] - You have to attend a scheduled Training session as well. Once again, We post session times in #Session-Announcements on our Discord. We normally give around XX (2O) minutes of notice before we host.
IV. [Increasing Your Rank] - You are able to increase your rank easily at Le Menta! Once you pass your first training session and become a Junior Barista, you will be able to train for Barista and, after that, train for Senior Barista!
