This topic will give you the format of what to say during trainings with Trainees, Junior Baristas, and Baristas.
Please use this format to the best of your abilites! It has been optimized for MRs so that it will fit your Roblox message. Any information inside of the “|” is informational, and should NOT be posted in chat!
Trainee - Junior Barista (Trainer Portion)
Hi there, Trainee(s)! Most likely this is your first training, so welcome to Le Menta’s Training Center!

My name is [Y/N] and I’ll be training you for your promotion to Junior Barista! This training will be covering the basics of your time here at Le Menta, such as customer friendliness, your purpose, and other fun activities.

If you fail, don’t worry! You’ll be able to retake this training next time it’s hosted!
|
If you get ||| grammar strikes, || questions wrong or mess up || orders, you fail, so please make sure not to get too many strikes!

Before we begin, please note that there will be spots in the training where I’ll be answering any questions you have, so I ask that you don’t interrupt me while speaking.

Great! Now let’s start by going over your purpose as a Junior Barista. There are three main points in this section.
|
Your purpose/role as a Junior Barista is to serve customers with the item(s) that they have requested.
|
You must always be polite to customers no matter what!
|
Customers may only order up to ||| items.
|
Please take note of these, as it will greatly help you while working as a Junior Barista!
|
Next, let’s go over the Hand-To GUI!
|
When giving a customer their order you will need to hand them their items, but how should you do that?
|
There will be a GUI on the right of your screen. Press the GUI and type in the customers username, or you could click their avatar.
|
The customer’s order will appear in their inventory right after it’s handed to them.
|
It’s up to you to tell them whether they should stay until until they receive their order or to take a seat where they choose; as an example, in this case I’d say this:
|
“You may take a seat while your order is being prepared. It will be delivered straight to your inventory!”
|

When a customer comes up to you, you are expected to greet them in a welcoming way!

You are allowed to customize your greeting however you’d like, but refrain from using too many emojis.
|
Using too many emojis will cause your greeting to look too flashy, and we don’t want that. An example of a good greeting would be:

»☆〘 Salutations, welcome to Le Menta Cafe! I’m [Y/N], what can I get you today?
|
An example of a bad greeting would be:

|
You can also have an ending greeting/conclusion when dealing with a customer. Again, you may add emojis, but do not add a lot as it looks unprofessional.

Grammar is to be used at ALL TIMES. Refusal to use grammar will unfortunately lead to consequences.
|
If you make a spelling mistake, quickly correct yourself. If a staff member corrects you, don’t be offended as they’re only trying to help!
|
Do you have any questions regarding how to greet a customer?

Next, we’ll be going over the warning system for Le Menta.
|
At Le Menta, we use the ||| (3) Warning system for people who break our cafe’s rules.
|
Trollers receive ||| warnings, while exploiters, Major spammers, and bypassers receive NONE.
|
A proper warning format would be something like this:
|
Warning || (2) - Trolling - Mxqqxe.
|
Grammar is REQUIRED in warnings. Refusal to use grammar will lead to consequences, like previously states.
|
After ||| warnings, notify a MR/HR on the group wall and politely ask if they could join you. A good call would be:
|
May I have a MR/HR join my server, please? We have a troller with ||| warnings.
|
If you don’t have your joins on, go to Settings > Privacy > Who can join me? > Everyone. This makes it easier for a MR/HR to join.
|
If there is a MR or a HR already in your server, then there is no need to post a request on the wall.
|
When you find an exploiter, major spammer or a by-passer, notify a MR+ STRAIGHT AWAY, through the group wall.
|
Make sure you get proof of what they did. You may type out a report in the #admin-req channel on our dizzy. Make sure you post the PROOF or else no actions can be taken against them.

Caps abuse is ALLOWED.

Great! Now let’s go over the menu items.
|
We have 4 (IV) different categories to choose from in our menu. These are Coffee Drinks, Milkshakes, Teas and Treats (Ice-cream, hot cocoa and slushies).

I will tell you how to create each of the items in the categories.
|
We have 5 (V) different drinks to choose from. These are Coffee, Decaf, Latte, Espresso and Cappuccino.
|
COFFEE & DECAF = Cup > Coffee/Decaf Machine.
|
LATTE = Cup > Latte Machine > Flavor.
|
ESPRESSO = Cup > Coffee machine > Milk > Milk Steamer.
|
CAPPUCCINO = Cup > Coffee machine > Milk > Milk Steamer > Milk Foamer.
|
For our types of tea, all you need to do is grab a cup, pick a type of tea, and move it to the Kettle.
|
For our milkshakes, all you need to do is grab a cup, use milk, then any flavor, and then put it in the blender.
|
For our ice cream, put the cone near the flavor machine you want.
|
For our slushies, use a cup and then put it near the machine.
|

Great! Let’s move on. Promotions are earned based on your activity from shifts and events you attend as a LR.
|
NEVER go AFK during a shift! This will greatly decrease your chances of getting promoted.
