Visually, the hands seem to have its textures broken where it appears patchy.
Here is really the only way I can show how the old texture looks compared to how it looks now. Top is old and bottom is new:
Expected behavior
It wasn’t like this before and should only have the texture the package provides and not from a shirt.
They unfortunately don’t have the source files at the moment to fix this as kal has said in other posts the best solution at the moment would be to just take the shirt off.
Thanks for reporting this. What VAC9 said is correct. We recently make the hand part of the texture transparent so users can adjust the skin tone, but because this Avatar is so old, we do not have the original source files to update the UVs on the hands. When a R6 Avatar’s texture is composited, the texture compositor adds in some gray lines in the transparent area, which is what your’e seeing.
Please do us a favor and help us spread the word. You’re likely to see this on some of the R6 characters we recently update the have skin tone. We decided that we’d rather have this visual bug and let our users choose their skin tone instead of just leaving it as is.
The visual bug of the grey lines is something that is a lot less noticeable compared to having baked in skin colours for the hands so it was a good call to have it be that way
