I believe it is associated with a survey you had to do a few weeks back, where Roblox is teaming up with companies to better Roblox or something.

When i tried to do the survey, the page just had a text saying: “you already answered this survey” so, no robux i guess.

That’s what’s happening to almost every single person that attempts there survey (keyword almost)
