This handbook will explain everything you need to know about LeMonde, and if you have any further queries about LeMonde, please message LeMondeHelp on ROBLOX or our support bot in our communications server, the invite which you can find under our ‘social links’ on our Group Page.
Appeals
If you have been banned from our ROBLOX games or our communications server, then you can appeal your ban using this form. Please note that lying in your appeal will result in your ban being unappealable, so please be truthful!
You cannot appeal suspensions unless you have substantial evidence that the punishment was unjustified. If you feel that your suspension was unjustified with evidence, please create a ticket with our support bot in our communications server.

General Terms & Conditions
Note: The stated rules and guidelines are valid when a person becomes a member of staff within the LeMonde Group. Since staff have full access to the constitution (terms of policies), they’re automatically agreeing to those rules and guidelines once they’re working here. The general terms and conditions have a higher validity than individual agreements.
Article 1: Basic Guidelines
- LeMonde is an airline which ensures respect is given to everyone. Therefore, it shall not affect on how you look like, where you come from, your ethnic group, etc. as long as it does not violate/hurt others.
- Freedom and justice is important for our airline and everyone has a freedom of speech.
- Power is reflected on not only one person, but many. At LeMonde we want to treat everyone equally, excluding instructions from the Board and the Lead Operation Members which are mandatory to be followed. Complaints can always be sent to the Board of Directors when you feel equality was not fair in a situation.
- Everyone has the right of speech and do what they want as long as they do not violate/damage the rights of others.
- LeMonde supports the equality between men and women.
- Discvard and ROBLOX rules must be followed (ToS/LeMonde rules)
Article 2: Staff Members
- The staff members of the airline hold the full power of the parliament.
- Every staff member has to respect and obey the values we share.
- Staff members have the right to attend events/flights without being forced by, e.g.: a higher rank (exception: new trainees).
- If a staff member should be inactive for a longer amount of time, the staff member must send a mandatory inactivity notice.
- Staff members are not allowed to abuse their admin nor their general power within the airline.
- Staff members are not allowed to attack/violate third-party groups.
- Every staff member has to show respect and kindness to each and every member of the airline (including customers).
- Staff members are to inform the Lead Operations Members and one of the Head of Human Resources when a name change should occur so that we can keep general data up-to-date.
- Conflicts between members of staff/customers must be ignored. In the worst case, the member of staff has the right to message a higher rank. Though, on the whole, we are not going to waste our time with useless conflicts.
- Suspensions equally count for each and every rank. If the BoD suspends a person and this person unsuspends themselves due to certain powers they have, then the BoD can take alternative penalization against them.
Article 3: Flights
- Flights are the most important factor of the airline. Every member of staff with the flight host/event manager qualification is allowed to host flights.
- A flight can only be scheduled and announced by a host once the flight host has a captain or first officer for the flight.
- A flight with an exploit must only be cancelled when the flight can not be restored anymore. LeMonde does not want to risk the reputation and quality during a flight.
- Flights must be announced at least two days prior to the scheduled date.
- Flights have to be approved by the Head of Operations on Discord.
- If a Flight Host should be responsible for the failure of a flight, then the parliament can take action against it.
- Flight Hosts have the full responsibility of a flight and are responsible for the outcome of the flight.
- A flight host has to send a full flight report via database.
- Emergency landings are ONLY permitted when there is an actual reason to have one. Any kind of ‘fun’ emergency landings will result in punishments.
Article 4: Trainings
- The higher ranks have the right to host trainings whenever they want.
- Staff members have the right to train on their own at an airport. Admin will be available for every staff member. Besides that, Pilot Trainees, First Officers, Captains, Ground Crew Members and higher ranks are allowed to insert aircraft.
- Staff members have to show their quality and experience during flights and they have to make sure to use and show their learned abilities during these flights.
Article 5: Payouts
- Every active staff member of LeMonde will receive a payout.
- Staff members earn their payout by collecting activity points.
- Inactive staff members will not receive a payout.
- Mandatory to pay for provided performance: LeMonde has to assure that staff members get paid for every kind of already provided performance.
- LeMonde has the right to fine staff members for actions that are unconstitutional or are against our operational rules.
Article 6: Foreign Affairs
- The Public Relations department has full power over the foreign affairs. This power also applies to the management of the members within the airline.
- Members who disrespect our values will be exiled from the group and can not join back.
- Only people who do not harm others or the airline will be accepted into the airline.
- LeMonde has the right to start negotiations with other airlines in order to start new connections and advantages.
- Alternative Accounts will not be accepted into the airline (this includes accounts below 70 days). Only main accounts will be allowed into the airline due to the fact that alternative accounts could potentially harm the safety of our airline and their values.
- Conflicts with third-party groups must be avoided by the administration team of LeMonde.
- LeMonde has the right to exile people who, e.g.: use LeMonde models for their own advantages.
Article 7: Administration Team & Parliament
- The BoDs of the airline have the right to change things within the airline by using the executive orders.
- The administration team (Board of Directors) are responsible for the development of the airline. This applies to staff member developments as well as building developments.
- A BoD can be dismissed if the majority of the Board agrees it is necessary.
- The administration team has to follow the interests of the people and not their own interests.
- The parliament will sometimes come together in order to decide about new changes and improvements. The airline can be changed and involved, but the constitution is inviolable.
Article 8: Promotions & Demotions
- The BoD(s) take the responsibility of promotions and demotions. Though, the BoD(s) could let the parliament decide about promotions and demotions if required.
- A staff member who will receive a promotion/demotion has to be informed about the changes.
- If a Developer free models/sells the property that is/was meant for LeMonde, then the Higher Ranks have all the right to demote this person for damaging the quality of our airline.
- Everything being built for LeMonde belongs to LeMonde and not to the developer itself, even after retirement.
Article 9: Support Account

- Every staff member has the right to request to manage the support account (in case of applications being open).
- The support account will only be used in order to answer messages of people.
- It is not allowed to use the support account for other things.
- Sharing the password of the account is not allowed.
Article 10: General Equal Treatment Act
- The treatment act protects current and future members of staff from unequal treatment because of their ethnic origin, gender, religion, ideology, possible disability, age or sexuality.
- LeMonde has to ensure that all members of staff are aware of the general equal treatment act.
- If a member of staff neglects the treatment act, the BoDs have all the right to suspend the member of staff immediately .
- Every member of staff has the right to contact a BoD in case of discrimination.
Article 11: Validity
- The guidelines and conditions will lose their validity when the people of the airline want so. A new document regarding the general terms and conditions will be chosen by the people and not only the ones at the top.

Flights
LeMonde Airlines usually has scheduled flights daily. To check when is the next flight, please visit our LMDHub on ROBLOX or the events scheduled in our communications server.
Before the scheduled opening time of the flight, ensure you are in our group. Once the server opens, join the correct airport listed on our calendar, check-in and head through security to the main terminal. All information about the flight can be found on our departure boards scattered around the airport including the gate and boarding time.

How do I get the class rank on the ROBLOX/discord group/server after I’ve bought a ticket?
You should automatically be ranked in our group when you buy one of our tickets. If you have not been ranked, please contact us at LeMondeHelp on ROBLOX or on our support bot in our Discvard server to receive the class rank in our ROBLOX group. For our Discvard server, please use the /verify command with our LMDCore bot and link your accounts. -
How long does it take to get accepted into the group?
It can take up to 48 hours to get accepted. -
When are applications opening?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide information on when applications are opening. For more information about our hirings, please read the ‘Hirings’ section of this handbook. -
Who owns LeMonde Airlines?
Currently, the Board of Directors owns LeMonde Airlines. The members of the Board currently are TheReal_CatCrafter (HR), CS7C3D (HR), Trollsong222 (PR), MrFlipperToes (O&S), and Acioa_AviatorMD (O&S). All of these individuals collectively own LeMonde Airlines. -
How can I partner with LeMonde Airlines?
You can apply to become a partner by meeting our requirements and sending an application. For more information, please read the ‘Partner Information’ section of this handbook. -
Can I upgrade, transfer or refund my existing class?
You cannot upgrade, transfer or refund your existing class after you have bought it.
Hirings
Every few months, LeMonde is looking for new, talented staff to join our staff team! Applications will be announced in our communications server, the invite which can be found under our ‘social links’ on our Group Page.
We typically only hires roles that are in need of being full-filled, therefore only a limited number of roles will be open every application hiring.
The roles that you can apply for, should the opportunity arise, are Cabin Crew, Ground Crew, Security and First Officer. Please note that you cannot apply for Captain, and you will need to go through the qualifications program (staff only) in order to become a Captain for LeMonde.
The Public Relations Department hosts career day events in order to give potential applications an insight into how operations at LeMonde functions. These events will be announced in our communications server and hosted at our Campus.
We are unable to provide opening times for applications, but make sure to keep looking out for announcements in our communications server!
In addition to normal low-rank hirings, the Public Relations Department also occasionally host Gamenight Hosts Interviews. Gamenight Hosts will host games for LeMonde’s community to play.
Partner Information
Requirements
We have set some requirements for our partnerships scheme to limit the scale of the programme. This allows us to focus more on the individual connections we have made and provide our partners with the support they deserve.
Our list of requirements goes as follows:
- The group must have more than 10K ROBLOX members.
- If the group mostly operates through Discvard then the rule listed above is invalid. Instead, they must have 2K Discvard server members.
- LeMonde reserves the right to make exceptions to this rule if we see that the other requirements have been met perfectly.
- The group must adhere to the terms of service of the platforms they operate on.
- This means that a group must follow ROBLOX’s and/or Discvard’s terms of service.
- The group must have a good reputation within the community they are a part of.
- The representatives of the group must follow our constitution and guidelines at events and in our Discvard servers. The constitution can be found in this handbook.
- The group must be active.
- To clarify, this does not mean a group can not take a break from time to time. It simply means that they must show signs of activity.
Do note that if a group adheres to the requirements while the alliance was formed but later on fails to meet them then we reserve the right to terminate our partnership.

At LeMonde, we offer 5 classes of tickets. Executive Class, First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy and Economy Class. Economy Class is offered for free to all passengers, and for passengers that are willing to pay a certain amount of R$, you can upgrade your class to receive an upgraded experience. Once you have purchased a ticket, you can attend a flight and book your purchased class. Keep in mind you must be in the group in order to attend. If you have not received your class rank after buying a ticket, please contact LeMondeHelp on ROBLOX or our support bot on our Discvard. If you would like to receive your class role on our Discvard, please use the /verify command with our LMDCore bot. Please note that your role/rank does not affect the ability for you to book tickets at our flights.
Please note that we no longer offer refunds, and that you cannot transfer your ticket to another account. We also do not offer the ability to upgrade your existing ticket.
