§1.1 - Introduction

LeMonde Airlines’s Airports have been commonly known to been extremely laggy and unreliable. We believed it was time to change this. LeMonde has previously had 3 different cores, all worse than each other. Previous cores allowed for a large percentage of flights to be exploited, making for a terrible experience for passengers and staff. On top of this, it was extremely hard for staff to give passengers the best service possible. This is what has motivated us to create this v4, which has taken hours to perfect. Let us introduce you to the wonders of this, how to use it and also why it is so good.

§1.2 - Anti Exploit

  • §1.2.1 - Player & Vehicle Flinging.
    • One of the most common reasons that flights end in a bad manner. This is now patched, we are frequently updating this to ensure that we can keep our flights fling-free!
  • §1.2.1 - Sound Exploits
    • This was caused by a number of vulnerabilities within our previous admin. We now use a much better alternative, Cmdr. Full credits to evaera for this one! This allows us to even intergrate cool commands which we will speak about more later in this document!
  • §1.2.3 - Other Patches
    • Overall more robust systems have been put in place to gather data from exploits that do occur in the inevitable event that more are created. We will be able to put fixes in place very quickly and efficiently with a new report bot coming extremely soon to both our communications platform and all airports.

§1.3 - Server Efficiency

  • §1.3.1 - Client Memory
    • With client memory reaching around 1GB+ on most of our airports, we have now slashed this in half to around 400-500mb, just on script improvements! This will be reduced more once further improvements are made within due time.
  • §1.3.2 - Script Quality
    • We’ve tried to intergrate as many scripts as possible to avoid multiple scripts doing the same task. We now have a module based import system for our core, meaning things such as Self Check-In, Departure Boards, etc are handled more efficiently.

§1.4 - Staff Experience

  • §1.4.1 - Interface Improvements
    • Staff no longer have hundreds of chat commands and interfaces to face when they input fllight details or open/close booking/sci, etc. They can now handle this all from a Staff Core panel which can be opened/closed and even minimized for easy acces. Documentation for this will follow for staff only.
  • §1.4.2 - Ease of Duty Improvements
    • Staff duties are what defines the core outlines for passenger satisfaction, when a staff’s duty becomes hard, so does maintaining a good passenger experience. Duties can now be easily performed from the Staff Core Panel, such as serving passengers, operating security stations and other such duties.

§1.5 - PassengerExperience

  • §1.5.1 - Booking Improvements
    • You can now book your class and decide your meal all from a sweet ScreenGui instead of a horrible, stretched ScreenGui. Best of all, no more crowding around the screen! Upgrading is done manually at the gate desk before boarding, to give everyone the best possible seat they can!*
  • §1.5.2 - Much more!
    • We don’t want to spoil everything for you, so stay tuned for a much less laggy flight, a generally more pleasent experience and more epic time flying with LeMonde!
