Welcome to Lemonify! As the first lemonade house on the Roblox platform, our priority is to create a unique experience that you have never seen before at any other group. The following sections will contain all of the necessary information you’ll need to know while partaking in the Lemonify community.

Code of Conduct

Below you will find all the necessary information on our rules and expectations. Our community is required to follow all of the provided guidelines in-game, otherwise, a permanent ban may be issued to your account depending on the severity of the situation. Any false actions may be brought upon with a member of our high rank team with valid proof.

Respect

  • Our community is required to respect one another despite their rank in our group. We have absolutely zero tolerance for disrespect, and reserve the right to remove you from our community if you partake in activities that outline disrespect overall in any way. You should always remain attentive to others and not be in control. Staff members and customers are to be treated equally, neither should be more powerful over the other. Please ensure you’re mature and utilize common sense in our servers to prohibit unnecessary scenes or situations unsuitable to the younger audiences that experience our games.

Attire

  • Although we are lenient about customizing your own avatar, we do have specific standards for your choice of clothing, accessories, and other items that can be placed on your character. You are expected to have an avatar that is appropriate while in any of our games or facilities. Inappropriate wording, rude messages, et cetra. are not tolerated. With this, staff members must also wear the uniform provided for them in certain areas.

Trolling & Exploiting

  • Situations including these actions are prohibited at all games manufactured by Lemonify. At no point should you ever consider causing catastrophic events or corruption of any sort. The only time our company condones this act is during training sessions to teach staff members how to handle specific individuals in these situations. If witnessed of this behavior, please report to a member of our management team through our Community Server.

Partnership Information

Alliance Information

If you’re interested in partnering with Lemonify, you’ve found the right section of the handbook. Lemonify is always looking for new corporations to collaborate with on events and other fun things. Please do take note that any questions about this section should be directed to a member of our Relations Department via the Communications Server tickets.

Requirements

  • Your company must have 100 non-botted members in the group and 100 non-botted members in the Discord server
  • Your company must be a business (cafe, restaurant, homestore, etc.); military groups will be automatically denied
  • Your company must have a sustainable Leadership Team with utmost 3 staff members (you can include yourself)
  • Your company must have a sustainable reputation within the platform; no recent group trading/selling

Questions

  1. Please provide the username(s) of your group’s representatives.
  2. Please provide the Roblox and Discord link to your group.
  3. Describe your group to us. Who are you?
  4. Why do you want to partner with Lemonify?
  5. How can there be a mutual benefit within this alliance? (How can both groups benefit by partnering?)

We strongly recommend that you complete these questions in a Notion or Google document to organize and make yourself look more professional. When your application has been composed, or you have any questions whatsoever, open a Relations Department ticket in our Community Server. Any questions regarding this application can be directed to a member of our Relations Department.

Rank Descriptions & Limitations

Customer :infinity:

  • A regular customer that visits the lemonade house for refreshments OR attempts to apply at the application center for a spot on our staff team.

Notable Customer :infinity:

  • A regular customer that is recognized for their contribution toward Lemonify: former HR+, investor, industry icon, etc.

Business Partner :infinity:

  • An individual that is recognized for their representation of a group allied with Lemonify. They receive this role to stand out to our Relations Department.

Trainee :infinity:

  • A newly-applied staff member that must attend a training session to officially work at the lemonade house.

New Attendant-Skilled Attendant :infinity:

  • A staff member that works at the lemonade house, focusing on serving our customers are unique items. Eligible to obtain points in order to rank up all the way to Kitchen Leader.

Kitchen Leader :infinity:

  • As the final low rank, their duties are to work behind the bar but also deal with misbehaving users before a MR is notified. They may use certain custom commands to help deal with these situations. This rank is now required to focus on their activity in order to be promoted to a MR position.

Staff Intern (10)

  • The first addition to our MR team, focusing on completing their objectives to become an official MR member. They will undergo certain phases in order to prove their devotion to our company, and after the week is completed, they will be determined by our Staffing Department if they can join the team.

House Assistant (40)

  • As the first official MR rank, they are tasked to focus on disciplining corruptive behavior at the lemonade house. With this, they also have the ability to train and test new employees that want to work at the lemonade house.

Supervisor (30)

  • The next MR rank is tasked with the same responsibilities as a House Assistant, but can host shifts to make operations active at the lemonade house.

Assistant Manager (25)

  • The second to last MR rank is required to host our training sessions for our newly-applied staff members. With this task, they are also given the ability to ban individuals that corrupt our game.

Operations Manager (15)

  • The last MR rank is tasked with the same responsibilities as an Assistant Manager, however, they now have permission to rank low-ranked individuals. This permission is only enabled during training sessions and disciplinary protocols.

Board of Directors (12)

  • As the first position on our HR team, these individuals are faced with joining a department to focus in: Staffing or Relations. Once joining their selected department, they are required to complete assignments and communicate within their team to ensure that all operations are actively running. With this new responsibility comes the eligibility to oversee sessions.

Corporate Assistant (6)

  • As the second to last position on our HR team, these individuals are tasked to co-leading a department of their own selection. They ensure that all operations are actively running, if and when the leader is unavailable. This rank also comes with the opening of announcing messages in our public announcements channel.

Corporate Director (2)

  • As the last position on our HR team, these individuals are primarily focusing on leading their selected departments. This is to ensure our group operations are running smoothly and actively.

Presidential Board (2)

  • As the first position of our SR team, these individuals focus on overseeing a selected department whilst ensuring all operations are actively running daily. This is an assistant role to the Vice President and President, so their role is pretty hard to achieve by simply working up.

Imagineers :infinity:

  • A team focused on developing games, creating designs, and much more to help put our group on the platform through art, building, and many other developmental ways.

Vice President (2)

  • An assistant and co-owner to the President. They ensure all operations and group management are up to par, but will also step in if the President is unavailable. This person is the last resort to speak with regarding a question to the President.

President (1)

  • The group owner, tasked with one thing, leading the group.

This is said to be our complete list of ranks, however, in the future if we do change or add ranks to our list, the handbook will be updated with the new ranks descriptions.

Department Directory

This section clearly states the differences between both departments and teams so in the case of needing an inquiry to be answered, you may find the correct contact of a department and message them. We also provide a ticket system in our main server to ensure that by clicking a button, you will be handled by the correct department.

Presidential Team

  • The Presidential Team is tasked with focusing on our group operations as a whole, whilst dealing with development. A question to the Presidential Team should not be issued unless it is 100% necessary. A question that can be issued could be, ‘The group is being admin abused!’ or ‘The builds have been deleted!’. Anything that a member of our HR team is unable to access or help you with should be directed to the Presidential Team.

Relations Department

  • The Relations Department is tasked with focusing on our company’s affiliates and community events. By handling our affiliates, they issue consequences and other things necessary if a group is misbehaving or unabiding by our guidelines. By handling our community events, they focus on creating fun game nights or contests for our entire community to participate in for possible prizes.

Staffing Department

  • The Staffing Department is tasked with focusing on our company’s MR team and recruitment process. By handling our MR team, they issue consequences and other things necessary if an individual on the team is misbehaving or unabiding by our guidelines. By handling our recruitment process, they focus on holding applications and training new MR members our rights from wrongs.

Messaging a member of a department for the wrong reason can result in a warning or removal from the server. We tend to be lenient on a bunch of things regarding errors, but you should be able to utilize common sense.

Ban Appeal Guide

Ban Appeal Information

In this section, you will see a tutorial on how to revoke your ban from the Discord Server or our Roblox games. Please read through this cautiously as any step done incorrectly can affect your chances of getting your ban revoked.

Requirements

  • Must have been banned for over +7 days; smaller bans will be counted as appropriate and you must carry out the ban
  • Must have proof of ban being irrelevant or inappropriate; take picture of ban message prior to appealing
  • Must not have a bad reputation within the industry. If you do have a bad reputation, you will be immediately declined of an appeal

After you have surpassed the requirements, you are required to message your answers to the questions via our ticket system. There is a specific option labeled ‘Ban Appeal’ that you should click to interact with our Support Staff. Upon creating the ticket, fill out the questions below in the ticket for our staff to read through.

Questions

  1. What is your Roblox username?
  2. What is the duration of your ban?
  3. What was the reasoning for your ban?
  4. Why should you be appealed?
  • This question should include multiple sentences regarding why you should be appealed, otherwise, you will be rejected for not putting your best effort forward in being revoked from your ban.
  1. Will you continue to do this action after being unbanned?

After responding to all queries, you must wait for a Support Staff member to reach out regarding your appeal. Expect this to be at least 12+ hours.

Kitchen Leader Promotion Guide

Our Staffing Division is constantly on the look-out for hardworking individuals to join our Management Team. This guide will provide all of the details and specifics regarding your promotion to your next rank.

Promotion Requirements

As a Kitchen Leader working toward a promotion, the following is required of you to be eligible. Exceptions are very rarely made. Lemonify rarely releases applications, and works off a recommendation basis. With this being said, to be promoted, you must be noticed by a member of our Corporate team, and recommended. Hinting is strictly prohibited, and will lower your chances of promotion by a pretty large percentage.

Requirements

  • You must be Verified as a Kitchen Leader in our Communications Server (As per Discord Terms and Conditions, you must be at least 13 years of age to register for a Discord account.)
  • Safe-Chat must be disabled on your ROBLOX account
  • You must have consistent activity for at least 1-2 weeks as a Kitchen Leader
  • You must have a clear reputation and a good history with Lemonify
  • Professionalism is not recommended but required therefore if you fail to demonstrate professionalism, your changes will be heavily lowered
  • Grammar is not required but merely recommended, and will help you stand out to the Corporate team

Tips

  • Actively chat in our Community server! We love to see our LRs bonding with the community, and it would definitely boost your chances of promotion.
  • Attend events. Once again bonding with our community helps our Corporate team notice you. When we consistently see you at community events, we know you are dedicated to our community.
  • Don’t supervise/Do the job of an MR. Stay behind the counter, and don’t serve anyone unless they come up to your register.
  • Absolutely never ask for a promotion. This has already been mentioned, but it’s called hinting. Whether your joking or being serious, we highly discourage it and do not promote user who hint. Asking for a promotion, joking about getting promoted, etc. are all actions that are considered hinting.

**Just to clear some stuff up, owning our gamepasses does not increase your chances of promotion.
