Letter spacing (adobe illustrator)

Hi.

I don’t know how to really describe this, but how would I change the letter spacing on the text so it fits with the text above.

So, let’s say my logo is named “ONE game studio” And I would want to have a “game studio” under the text “ONE” and make it so the letter spacing on “game studio” matched with the weight of “ONE”.

TL;DR
How would I make this:

That the longer text changes the letter spacing in order to have the same width.

IN ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR

Well its not for here. Experiment around with the text tool.
