Hello, I have made a game that has a level system and a job system, and I want like feedback on it.

Here are the features that the game has:

  1. Level System.
  2. Job System.
  3. Get EXP from doing jobs (there is currently only one job in the game tho).
  4. You get the job object that you have to deliver to someone behind your character’s back so you can easily know if you are doing the job or not.
  5. The job NPCs are marked by a yellow exclamation mark above their heads so you can easily tell if the NPC will give you a job or not.
  6. When you talk to NPCs they will have a typewriter effect and a sound effect that plays locally each time the NPC types.
  7. The game tells you if you leveled up and if you did then a sound effect will play as a congratulations for leveling up
  8. If you are level 5 and above then you will begin to get less maximum EXP to make leveling up easier then each time leveled up before level 5 you would get more maximum EXP, this is made to not make leveling super hard later on.
  9. If you talk to an NPC and click the text that it’s currently typing then it will speed up the text, this is useful if you already know what the NPC will say and just want to end the conversation quickly.
  10. There’s a level leaderboard so you can see other player’s levels in-game
  11. If you level up and you got more experience than needed for you to level up then that remaining experience will be added to your next level, this will make leveling up faster.

I have improved the GUIs of the game and I added a new feature to the game too!

Here’s the new feature:

If you talk to an NPC and click the text that it’s currently typing then it will speed up the text, this is useful if you already know what the NPC will say and just want to end the conversation quickly.

I have added 2 new features to the game!

Here are the 2 new features:

  • There’s now a level leaderboard so you can see other player’s levels in-game.

  • If you level up and you got more experience than needed for you to level up then that remaining experience will be added to your next level, this will make leveling up faster.
