Hello, I am just trying to make some lights, and wondering if there is a way to stop the light from shining backwards. The surface light is pointed one way, but light still shines on the wall behind it.
Instead of having the part itself have the spotlight, you could use a transparent brick and put it into there then distance it from the wall.

You can also add an attachment within a part, move that away from the wall, then add the light to that. It not only saves creating a new part, but also causes the invisible light to automatically follow the visible model part if it’s moved.
