Lighting affecting meshes weirdly

I have two of the same mesh with the same texture side by side, but one is rotated 180 degrees. You can see that the lighting affects the mesh different depending on the side, how can I make it so that each side looks the same?
The mesh is just a flat plane btw. I’ve already tried messing with the normals in blender but I couldn’t get anything to work. Also tried changing the properties of the lighting in roblox, changing the material of the mesh, and changing the roughness/normal map of the surface appearance. None of those worked. Any help?
