Lighting Bug? Realistic on but looks like shadowmap

So I have been using roblox for quite a few years so I just want to know what is happening.

So im working on a new game with the future lighting now called realistic lighting, this is what it normally looks like:

I made a small builing in my map and this is where it starts to bug out,

and for anyone wondering yeah I have the right settings and I used it in many games:

Does anyone know what is going on, please let me know. And no its not because the in game quality is to low, its set to max.

Unified Lighting is not available in Roblox based game. Even though its a beta feature, if you use Unified Lighting, It’ll automatically convert it into Shadow map Technology.

If you still want Future Lighting, your going have to turn off Unified Lighting and use Traditional Lighting Technologies. (Basically turning off unified in beta features)
