Lighting in building messes up when rotated

So basically I have 8 “plots” that are laid out across this small map, each plot gets rotated 45 degrees to create a circle effect as seen in the image below:

The problem I encounter is that each building that is rotated has messed up lighting compared to the others.

I believe this issue has to do with the sun, but I’m not sure how to fix it, thanks!

Is this just in Studio Edit mode?
What happens when you Test it, or Play it on Roblox?

Studio lighting doesn’t really render properly (for me anyway) while editing. I always test it and experiment with the settings to get the effect I want, then I go back into Edit mode and change them to the values I liked in the test.

Yeah, this is happening both in Studio and on Roblox in general.

Try moving the sun around to see if that is the issue.

Tried this, I believe it is the sun. The issue went away completely when the TimeOfDay was in night, but I couldn’t find a way to fix it while keeping the game in daytime. Changing the geographical latitude does nothing. I don’t know why the sun causes this.

It may be due to the thickness of the walls in your buildings. If the light is at right angles to a 1 stud wall (for example) it may bleed through, but a 1 stud wall at 45° to the sun the light would have to pass through 1.41 studs which could affect it.
Try a simple experiment with walls that are twice as thick to see if it changes much. If not double it again just to make sure.
What is your Lighting Technology at? If it’s not Future that may be the reason.
Also have you played with the OutdoorAmbient and Ambient Lighting settings to see if that helps?
