Lighting In Workspace (How Do I Fix)

Hello, For some reason I am seeing the “Lighting” tool in workspace? How do I get rid of it, I tried deleting it but it seems to have the same properties of the real Lighting thing.

I have absolutely no idea how that happened, but here a few things that may fix it:

  • Close and reopen your studio
  • Logout and log back into your account
  • Try setting the parent to game with some code like:
    workspace.Lighting.Parent = game

Its still there for some reason :confused:

I think I found the solution. Thanks to ROBLOX for the seemingly useless “Run A Command” bar LOL. I just did game.Workspace.Lighting:Destroy(). I don’t understand why I couldn’t do that normally.

I meant for you to put the code in the command bar. Sorry I didn’t think I had to point it out… The command bar is actually very useful for doing things to large amounts of parts. For example if I wanted to rename all the parts called “Bob” to “Bobby” I could do so in the command bar.

Oh lol. thats fine! Thank you for the solution though, I have no idea how this happened. If I could figure out how, I could really do some damage to studio XD. Imagine ServerScriptService in LocalPlayerScripts.

That would be a huge problem XD
