I’m not sure if this is JUST studio or not but lights will sometimes randomly turn off at certain camera angles. I’ve noticed it happening for months now.

Do you have a repro place for this so we can take a look? The image certainly shows there’s an issue here!
I think I reported this before so here’s a somewhat-isolated repro I have laying around.
When you open it there should be a part in the distance. Watch the tree and turn the camera until that part is off-screen and the shadows pop back in.
I’m getting an XML error when I try to open your place. Have you edited the XML file in some way? If not, can you verify the place you sent opens?
Weird. I haven’t edited it at all and it’s working fine for me even after downloading it from that link.
Here’s a different one saved as a rbxlx instead of rbxl.
I have noticed the same thing, but I am pretty sure it’s due to how far away the lighting is. Anyhow it’d be nice if on the top graphics settings this wasn’t the case 
Hm… That’s unusual. It may just be a camera or lighting issue. We’ll take a look though.
