Pretty good working with Lil. She’s open to accept her skill limit and opens to admit when her best isn’t enough for a project. Regardless, she’ll give all what she can while learning and improving day by day. What I like the most about working with her is how honest she is in terms of what she can and what cannot do based on her skills. Lastly, she’s also pretty easy to speak and negotiate with. Understanding the position of the other party when it comes to considering terms and conditions of a deal is prolly something that she has and many modellers out there don’t.
