It seems that some user’s limited items for sale in the catalog have disappeared from their inventory. They thought they sold the item however there is no pending robux. Could this be a vulnerability or bug

Could you provide repro steps, more details, as well as what item this happens on?
I know it happened with this item, but it may have happened with different items. So the problem is simple, there is no more detail I can add.
Other details (account, UAID) I will share with staff.
The lost items were returned to the account. Bug fixed. Thank you ROBLOX.
