I’m not going to argue over old sale items anymore but this item had a pretty simple Google Play offer and it’s kind of unfair if it doesn’t considering this was best selling since the offer was announced
Although this is not a bug report, the question of “this is confusing” is valid - we’ve spoken to the appropriate teams running these promos and have given them your feedback.
Moving forward, these promos will have clearer messaging in order to reduce confusion.
I mean, it’s a bit frustrating, to say limited time offer if no changes were made to the item. But in the future where would it be appropriate to report these errors?
Now this response confused me even more.
This is the first time a staff member has replied like this to a promotion.
It is confusing but normally roblox either take it offsale, change the price or discount it ?
So they advertised it as an item onsale for a limited time offer and just made it all up ?
Wish they did discounts and deals where items would turn limited etc but roblox feature requests is closed and none of this ever even reaches the promo team
…So what was the purpose of that promotion? If it was simply to drive sales to the item with no intent of it going offsale or no intent of any discount, why have “limited time offer” in the promotion? Myself, along with a few others here that have mentioned it bought it assuming it’d go off sale.
This accessory also used to cost only 16 Robux before the “limited time offer”. This is due to price floor changes, but I could very easily see members of the community taking it the wrong way.
