Issue occurs both on chrome while using my PC, and safari while using my iPhone
I did make a thread (Bug with limited bundles) with the information of the bug but I was messaged by a moderator explaining that only Regulars can post bug reports, and that since promotion is on hold to message you privately.
To finish answering your bug report guidelines, I do not have browser extensions enabled at all, and my chrome version on PC is Version 130.0.6723.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Obviously given this situation is about a new Roblox feature (Limited UGC bundles) and the fact its happening on both of my devices, I do think the bug is on Roblox’ end and not mine. The screenshots from the forum post I linked were taken on my iPhone but here are screenshots from my PC, and I circled where the problem is in each
Edit: I also am encountering this on the other limited bundles that I purchased 30+ days ago and am now eligible to resell, such as these two just for example:
When I resell, it appears there is no price floor “Minimum must be over 0” instead of whatever the price floor is at the given time,
and instead of seeing something like this to take the item offsale (this image is taken from an accessory Hallows Extreme Centiphones - Roblox)
In addition to this issue, which is still occurring, I want to report that specifically on my alternate account, which had premium last month which has since expired, the Jade Catseye (The Jade Catseye - Roblox) that I had for re-sale has not been taken offsale, as limited items usually are when a user’s premium expires, and it does not allow me to take it offsale manually either.
As seen in the image below, the item is still onsale (and still has the “Remove from Cart” mentioned earlier)
When I click “Remove from Cart” (since the Take Off sale button is greyed out and disabled) I get a “Failed to take off sale” banner at the top of the screen, as seen below.
Just want to give an update that everything mentioned thus far in the thread is still occurring, and unfortunately in regard to my most recent message on December 2nd about the Jade eye - the item sold since I was unable to take it off-sale, when I would’ve rather kept the item instead of selling it at a loss. I know it is the holiday season but I first reported this main bug in October (Bug with limited bundles) and not a single aspect of this issue has been fixed. This combined with my overall experience with Roblox support over the years gives me an inclination to believe that I care more about getting these issues resolved than Roblox does. Therefore, if there is any type of fix/solution done for these listed issues, please let me know here in this thread, but otherwise I will not be further updating this thread and asking if its been fixed or not.
