It is crazy that moderation won’t even show the evidence to back their claim.
No platform should be allowed to do that.

Arbitrary bans or moderations on digital platforms is something that is causing me a lot of conflict and anger lately, it cannot be possible that people’s accounts are closed for false positives when many people depend on it to live, for some reason the AI that these large multi-million dollar companies use is so ineffective, I definitely agree with you, when AI is used to moderate, at most they should give a warning until a human reviews the case.
I recently received a message and email that my game was removed for “Spam” which is completely false, my game is a simple donation game like any other, made 100% by myself, and Roblox support has not given me any answers yet.
In this new digital age, I do not agree with social networks/digital platforms baning users’ accounts so easily, since with the monopoly that exists today it is difficult to find a similar application that you can use as a replacement, because yes, in many cases they delete all your alternative accounts (and in other cases they don’t even let you create more accounts). I have been a victim of moderations on Roblox and other platforms unfairly, and the worst thing is that sometimes they don’t even give you the reason for what you supposedly did wrong.
Anyway, this is something that has to end sooner or later, and I hope it happens as soon as possible!!!

Got moderated for harassment saying the word “again” once and a human or even an AI denied the appeal, AI must be used for moderations this length already especially saying how fast and awful they are.

I’m not one who has been specifically affected by this, but this must be devastating to see all of your limiteds and years worth of built up work gone. This needs to be addressed ASAP… AI should’ve NEVER had a say on one of the most important aspects of the platform in the first place. A termination is wild for something that doesn’t even have cultural knowledge of Roblox either.
However… I really doubt Roblox is going to do anything anytime soon. They’re more focused on being investigated by the SEC and looking good for their pristine investors.

Voicing my support for this request. This platform is turbulent; a whole studio can be impacted by a misjudgment of AI on moderation. PLEASE limit AI moderation so we don’t have to jump through hoops when it makes a mistake and bans your entire account after a mystery arbitrary number or severity of infractions.

I can relate;
Before, I was met with a notice that one of my assets had been taken down for apparent misusing roblox systems. I do say that the way the bot works is quite awkward, and I think it should be finicky…
Fortunately;
I still think it is awkward how roblox auto moderation is either way…youre always in jeopardy with either getting banned for something randomly, or not. Its just a coin flip when it comes to assets…smh.
