Linked Source Scripts Open More Than Once

I am able to open the same linked source over and over again by double clicking on it.

Normal scripts are smart enough to know that they are already open and will not open a new tab while linked source scripts can open up multiple times. I have lost work due to accidentally opening to linked sources and closing the modified file first.

This is still a thing. I managed to overwrite an hour worth of code because I accidentally opened the LinkedSource script in multiple code editors.

As for LinkedSources, you should move over to the new packages feature. LinkedSources are effectively deprecated, and have had multiple issues in the past where entire script contents were lost.
