For me personally, I have had difficulty finding collections of open-sourced/public domain icons so I have collected a list of icon sets that can be used for commercial purposes without attribution to hopefully relieve some of the stress people have with this.
I only included sets that I reasonably believe could be useful in Roblox game contexts. I tried not to include ones that are so niche that they could probably not in any scenario be useful. I also only included links to sites with an explicitly stated license. Websites that did not contain any license were not included, and websites that contain a license that requires attribution were also not included.
Most of these are in .svg format which means they can be scaled up or down as you wish in many image editing software. Some GitHub repositories you have to download to get the .svg files, or you need to browse the repository for the files and download them individually.

Assume that every license applies only to the icon graphics themselves, not any code or documentation provided alongside these icons.
Shorthand terms:
“CC0 1.0” means the CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0): Public Domain Dedication License.
“OFL” means the SIL Open Font License
“Unlicense” the Unlicense License.
Individual licenses are provided per-set.
Each line is formatted like so:
