[1] | Toddler
The toddler is the first rank you get when joining Little Moonies Daycare! A toddler can go to the daycare and roleplay!
How to get promoted: A toddler can go to the interview center or application center to be promoted!
[2] | Noted Toddler
Noted Toddler is a rank for our former HR and SHR.
How to get promoted: This rank is given once resigned or can be given by the Founder to anyone who helped the group.
[3] | Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse is responsible for taking care of sick toddler’s and make sure they are healthy!
How to get promoted: Registered Nurse must attend training to be promoted to the next rank.
[4] | Assistant Teaching Teacher
Assistant Teaching Teacher is responsible for helping the Child Care Teacher with teaching the Toddler.
How to get promoted: The Assistant Teacher Teacher must attend a training session to be promoted.
[5] | Child Care Teacher
Child Care Teacher is responsible for teaching the Toddlers and leading the Assistant Teaching Teacher in a good way.
How to get promoted: Child Care Teachers must attend a training session to be promoted.
[6] | Receptionist
The receptionist is in charge of handling the Toddler’s questions and concerns.
How to get promoted: Receptionists must not have safe chat and be on our Discord in order to be promoted to the next rank. They must also attend a training session to be promoted.
Middle Rank
[7] | Counselor In-Training
CIT is the first MR Rank. CIT can’t attend training or interviews. CIT can attend shifts,
How to get promoted: Attend 5 shifts.
[8] | Daycare Counselor
[Daycare Counselors the second MR Rank. Social Worker can help and co-host at training, shifts, and interviews.
How to be promoted: Attend 6 interviews & training and attend 5 shifts.
[9] | Assistant Principal
Assistant Principal is the thrid MR Rank. Assistant Principal can host shifts. Assistant Principal can help and co-host at training & interviews.
How to be promoted: Must have hosted 10 shifts. Must help or co-hosted in 9 training or interviews.
[10] | Principal
The principal is the last MR Rank. The principal can host training, interview, and shifts.
How to be promoted: Must have hosted 9 training & interviews. Must have hosted 9 shifts.
High Rank
[11] | Board Of Education
Board Of Education is the first HR Rank. Board Of Education can promote LR’s - MR’s and demote them. Board Of Education can blacklist anyone who breaks LMD Guidelines. Board Of Education can host sessions and oversee them.
How to get promoted: Host 11 trainings & interviews. Must have hosted 10 shifts! Must oversee 5 trainings & interviews. Must be noticed by a Vice President+.
[12] | Board Of Trustees
The Board Of Trustees is the second HR Rank. The Board Of Trustees can host training, shifts, and interviews. The Board Of Trustees can blacklist anyone breaking LMD guidelines. The Board Of Trustees can promote and demote everyone under their rank except the Board Of Education. The Board Of Trustees can oversee training & interviews.
How to be promoted: Host 14 trainings & interviews. Host 11 shifts. Must have overseen 7 trainings & interviews.
[13] | Board Of Executive’s
The Board Of Executive is the 3rd HR Rank. The Board Of Executive will oversee all staff under them. The Board Of Executive can host training, shifts, and interviews. The Board Of Executive can blacklist anyone breaking LMD guidelines. The Board Of Executive can promote and demote everyone under their rank except the Board Of Education+. The Board Of Executive can oversee training & interviews. Board Of Executive can host our weekly staff meetings.
How to be promoted: Host 16 trainings & interviews. Host 12 shifts. Must have overseen 9 trainings & interviews.
[14] | Support Coordinator
Support Coordinator is the 4th HR rank. The Support Coordinator will handle guidance meetings, resignation, and staff issues. The Support Coordinator is only given to 1 person who has shown leadership skills and peacemaking skills. Support Coordinator has some SHR power such as promoting LR’s, MR’s, and Board Of Education - Board Of Trustees. Support Coordinator can host our weekly staff meetings and host Moderation training for our Principal’s, HR, & SHR. Support Coordinator may host shifts, training, and interviews but it is not required. Support Coordinator can overseer training & interviews.
How to get promoted: Must have hosted 10 moderation training & host 10 weekly staff meetings. Must have overseen 15 trainings & interviews. Must have hosted 15 shifts.
[15] | Superintendent
Superintendent is the last HR Rank. Superintendent is supposed to oversee all staff members. The Superintendent is only given to 1 person who has shown leadership skills and peacemaking skills. Superintendent has some SHR power such as promoting LR’s, MR’s, and Board Of Education - Board Of Executives. Superintendent can host our weekly staff meetings and host Moderation training for our Principal’s, HR, & SHR. Superintendent may host shifts, training, and interviews but it is not required. Superintendent can overseer training & interviews.
How to get promoted: Must have hosted 20 moderation training & host 20 weekly staff meetings. Must have overseen 20 trainings & interviews. Must have hosted 25 shifts.
Super High Ranking
[-] | Development Team
The development team is building our centers and scripting our games. They have some SHR’s power like banning and moderation but they can rank.
How to be promoted: Cannot be promoted.
[-] | Investor
You obtain this rank when you donate over 1,000 Robux or 500 USD to our group.
How to be promoted: Cannot be promoted.
[-] | Head Developer
Head Developer is head of the development team and is supposed to manage all development need.
How to be promoted: N/A
[-] | Vice President
Vice President is the 1st official SHR rank. Vice President is supposed to assist the President in finding ways to make our Daycare better and finding ways to grow as a group. Vice President is in charge of the LR’s, MR’s, and SHR’s. Vice President can host all types of sessions and oversee all types of sessions. Vice President is a leadership role and is given to someone who is trusted in our community.

President is the 2nd official SHR Rank. President is supposed to assist the Vice Chairperson in finding ways to make our Daycare better and finding ways to grow as a group. President is in charge of the LR’s, MR’s, and HRs. President can host all types of sessions and oversee all types of sessions. President is a leadership role and is given to someone who is trusted in our community.

Vice Chairperson is a leadership role and is given to someone who is trusted in our community.
