Ignore the ui on the top. And ignore the empty room in the pointy thing. It’ll be used for a shop later. But rn everything else just lacks idk.
I feel like the lobby can actually look nice. What should I add or change?

Looks really good 
. You can maby try adding an obby or something small that is interactive to keep the players entertained while they wait.

The spawn points take up too much space in my opinion. If you shrank them, you could space out the other decorations a bit more so that the central spire doesn’t feel as crowded.
You could also try coming up with a stricter colour palette to give the place some more consistency. The light colours on the trampoline and the bases of the trees look a bit out of place to me against the dark metallic look of the floor and walls.
