Reproduction Steps
- Create a Localization Table file (.csv file)
- Insert a cell that has less, but close to 300 characters
- Upload the file using “Update” or “Replace” feature of the Localization Tools plugin
Expected Behavior
The file should upload successfully
Actual Behavior
The upload fails, saying some cells contain more than the character limit.

Note that all these examples have less than 300 characters, and the upload was working before the bug started occurring.
This problem does not seem to happen in the Localization Cloud (i.e: the website).
