Localized thumbnails not showing up in the home page?

We have a game where we need the localized thumbnails to show up in the home recommendations, I’m not sure if the localized thumbnails ever showed up in the home recommendations but if so, I’m assuming that because of the thumbnail personalization which is impossible to disable (always has 1 active thumbnail), our localized thumbnails are not showing up in the home feed.

Example with the language set to Italian:

The page itself works fine & the logo in the continue section also works fine

but in the recommendations, we don’t see the local thumbnails we’ve set up which is really upsetting especially for this game since it’d benefit it a lot.

Expected behavior

No idea if this is caused by thumbnail personalization or if it never worked this way but either way, we’d like it so that our localized thumbnails show up on the home page in different languages if possible.

Hi @RealEliteCameraman ,

You are right in that the thumbnails in Home recommendation are not localized.
(It is non-trivial to implement this - not saying we will or won’t do it, but just giving you an idea of the cost)

I’ll check on whether it’s possible to allow deletion of the 1 active thumbnail and get back to you.

Thanks a lot, it’s an issue that doesn’t really matter for almost anyone else on the platform but even if it’s possible to just make it so that the localized thumbnails work on the home page for this specific game, our guess is that it would have a great impact for us. I don’t know the specifics of how it works so if it’s impossible, it’s just what it is I guess.
