Location Data not Working? (.fbx)

I am trying to import my mesh that is using vertex painting but in order to do that I have to use the .fbx format and Roblox doesn’t save the location data when importing for the .fbx format, how do I fix that? It’s also overly scaled when using .fbx, does anyone know how to fix that too so I don’t have to keep downscaling it so much without resizing it in blender lol

What it’s supposed to look like:

Select everything you want to export and then make sure before you’re pressing Export on Blender, Apply Scalings is set to FBX All.

I’m sure you know the following steps but I’ll go over it anyways, just in case:
On Roblox Studio, you should always use asset manager when importing .fbx. Here are my usual settings when I’m importing an .fbx before pressing Apply.

On asset manager, select the automatically seperated meshes and right click, insert with location.

Let me know if this worked or not !
