Locked out of devex portal account

The other day I tried to login into my devex portal account and it asked me to enter the code sent to my phone, so I clicked on send and waited… I was checking my phone constentaly for over a minute and nothing was sent at all, I tried resending it again but again, no message was sent, until for like the third time the next day when it suddenly locked me out of my account because of “too many attempts” when it didn’t even send any code.

This is so bad to the point that I’ve tried to email both Tipalti and the ROBLOX support team and guess what… I’ve been ignored for over four days now.

As you can see no code was sent to me by the official ROBLOX number, one solution I also tried is to enable and disable airplane mode before sending the code.

This stupid mistake has now locked me out of my devex account WITH a pending devex request.

What can I do?

Contact support and wait. Unfortunately it’s the annoying truth, nothing else you can do.

Nope, I’m still waiting for a response from ROBLOX.
