Basically my account is linked to a permanently deleted email account by 2fa. Roblox support is not helping as they keep on asking for proof, which ironically requires to use my deleted account which I don’t have access to. I really need to fix this as I can’t use roblox support, and my game is under review and I want to appeal it. If I could talk to a staff member then that would be great.

Perhaps contact google support to ask to bring back the deleted account? Or something similar.

Google do a thing where if you don’t verify your age(or something similar), they delete your account. I couldn’t verify it and they deleted my account permanently. I tried to do some research, but I found out if your account is permanently deleted, I can’t recover it.

Your best bet is to ask roblox support then. If support doesn’t help then you’re quite literally “shit out of luck”.

The thing is that roblox support needs ‘proof’ that I am the original owner by emailing them on the deleted account. I just wish I could talk to a human man

That is the only way they can securely validate if you’re the owner unless you have a number attached then they’ll use that otherwise I’m pretty sure

I have a verified number attached, but I don’t really know how to incorporate it into roblox support. That might be my saving grace

Say that my email is gone, but here is the phone number associated with my account . Then provide the number.
